Our Story
NessLek was founded in 2021 by Melek Maaroufi and Nassim Cheikh — two operators who had watched too many promising ventures stall not because their ideas were weak, but because the services around them were fragmented. Design, development, branding, capital strategy: each lived in a separate firm, each spoke a different language, each optimized for its own deliverable rather than the venture’s success.
The proposition was simple: bring all four disciplines under one roof, hire senior specialists in each, and engineer the integration. Five years later, NessLek 360° has matured into a multidisciplinary agency serving founders across Africa, the Middle East, Europe, and beyond — with a track record of accelerated brands, certified ventures, and successful capital rounds.

The Leadership
Melek Maaroufi
Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Melek Maaroufi is the principal architect of NessLek 360°’s methodology and strategic direction. As Chief Executive Officer, she leads the firm’s four pillars and serves as senior strategist for the agency’s most demanding mandates — particularly those involving capital readiness and brand architecture for green-economy ventures.
Recognized by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs as a leading sustainability strategist (First Prize, Best Green Business Idea, 2022) and again by the Changers Organization (First Place, Best Green Economy Initiative, 2024).
Beyond NessLek 360°, Melek serves as a certified master trainer through programs sponsored by USAID, ANETI, OIT, and AFD. She holds specializations in Innovation & Entrepreneurship from Tecnológico de Monterrey and the University of Pennsylvania.

Nassim Cheikh
Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer
Nassim Cheikh is the operational engine of NessLek 360°. As Chief Operating Officer, he oversees delivery across all four pillars — translating strategic mandates into measurable outcomes through disciplined project execution, talent orchestration, and client accountability.
A scientist by training, Nassim holds a Master’s degree in Genetics, Immunology and Innovative Applications from the University of Sciences of Tunis. He has applied this analytical rigor to commercial mandates ranging from e-commerce brand engineering (MidasTek) to specialized vertical markets (LiLy’s Aquariophilie).
Certified by USAID as a master trainer in entrepreneurship and digital strategy. Meta-certified in advertising, Google-certified in project management.
